Limited Edition
Cast Stone

Selected figures both in the round and bas relief are cast in Hydrostone and Marble Dust. Unfortunately, during the mold process most of the clay originals are destroyed. Molds are created from the selected sculpture and relief work using top grade silicone rubber to accomplish the full editions in unsurpassed detail. Coloring oxides are used for consistent color throughout the piece.

The limited editions are available in an assortment of finishes that include antiquing, sealed natural stone, bronze patinated and coloring oxides. Bronze Patina for example, is a bronze metal powder incorporated with oxides creating an intriguing surface that will change color as the bronze ages.

James Taylor creates these pieces with a creative tenacity to show the human form in sculpture.  Individual commissions are also welcome. Because his wide range of artistic talents allows him to create these sculptures from start to finish, it is less expensive to create each piece. This results in works of fine art being offered at very affordable prices.

Only a limited number of each sculpture will be available for purchase.
