Our Commitment
At Taylor Bronze, we are committed
to protecting your privacy and to utilizing technology that
gives you the most powerful and secure online experience
available. You
can travel through most of our site without giving us any
information about yourself but sometimes we do need information
to provide services that you request. This statement of privacy
explains data collection and use in those situations.
Some web pages in the Taylor Bronze
web site have different privacy policy statements. This page
includes the privacy policy statements for the Public and Secure
areas of our web site.

Taylor
Bronze Privacy Statement for Non-Registered Customers
Summary:
We make no
effort to identify public users of our site. No identifying data
is disclosed to any third party for any purpose. Data that we
collect is used only for server administration and Web protocol
research. This statement applies to non-registered customer
interactions with the Taylor Bronze Web servers. It does not
apply to email sent to Taylor Bronze staff. Any questions
regarding the web site and the privacy policy can be directed to
info@taylorbronze.com.
Email interactions are guided by general net-etiquette
conventions.
As is typical,
we log http requests to our server. This means that we know the
originating IP (e.g. 166.160.46.00) address of a user agent
requesting a URL. We also know the Referrer and User-Agent
information accompanied with an HTTP request. We do not log the
specific identity of visitors. We occasionally analyze the log
files to determine which files are most requested and the
previous site or user agent which prompted the request. Our
logging is passive; we do not use technologies such as cookies
to maintain any information on users.
Logged information is kept
indefinitely as administrative and research material; it is not
disclosed outside of Taylor Bronze host site personnel.
Aggregate (completely non-identifying) statistics generated from
these logs may be reported as part of research results.

you when we need information that personally identifies you
(personal information) or allows us to contact you.
If you ever
want to review or update your profile, visit "My
Profile" after you "Sign In" and edit your
personal information. We’ll ask you to disclose your Login

Use of your
Personal Information
We primarily
use the information you provide in order to process orders you
submit. This information includes, but is not limited to Billing
Information, Shipping Information and Credit Card Information.
We also use your personal
information to make the site easier for you to use by not making
you enter your personal information more than once. However, we
do not provide this ease of use feature with your credit card

credit card information with each order.
For your protection, credit card

defend the rights or property of Taylor Bronze and its family of
Web sites, and, (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the
personal safety of users of Taylor Bronze, its Web sites, or the
public.
Control
of your Personal Information
When you register as a new customer,
or otherwise give us personal information, Taylor Bronze will not share that information with third parties without
your permission, other than for the limited exceptions already

What Data
Security is Used?
We may offer secure pages to collect
certain information on our order form. We also use
administrative, physical and technical precautions to help
protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of personal
information stored on our system. We host the Site at a
commercial-grade data center that employs extensive security
practices. While no computer system is completely secure, we
believe the measures implemented by our Site reduce the
likelihood of security problems to a level appropriate to the
type of data involved.
How Long Do We
Retain User Data?
Currently, we plan to retain user
data while an account is active and for at least three years
afterward. We may alter this practice according to legal and
business requirements. For example, we may lengthen the
retention period for some data if needed to comply with law or
voluntary codes of conduct. Unless otherwise prohibited, we may
shorten the retention period for some types of data if needed to
free up storage space.
Changes to
this Statement
Taylor Bronze will occasionally
update this privacy statement. For material changes to this
Statement, Taylor Bronze will notify you by placing prominent
notice on the Web site.
