will acknowledge receipt of your order by email or phone within 24 hours if
the order is received Monday through Friday. If the order is received on the
weekend we will be in contact within 24 hours of the next business day.

Order Fulfillment
Most of our
products are not carried in stock. Because most items are created after the order
is placed, it may take up to two weeks or longer, depending on the piece
ordered, before the order is shipped. As some pieces take up to two weeks for
the clay to cure and the time required to complete the bronze process varies, we
will provide you with an estimated delivery date in our first correspondence.
